- Who must test. From the January 2015 Cross Connection Control Program regulations. Source.
- Notices and deadlines. A mailed test notice carries the Customer Confirmation Number (CCN) the tester needs to file. Source.
- How the report is filed. Since Sept 1, 2023 reports go to BSI (Backflow Solutions, Inc.) at www.bsionline.com; BSI support 888-966-6050 or support@backflow.com. The tester needs the customer's CCN. Source.
- Tester registration. Testers must hold a BSI login to enter reports. Source.
- Approved testers. Customers can use the Missouri DNR list or BSI's Find a Testing Company lookup (requires the CCN from the notice). Source.
