- The 2022 IFB lists this as a consultant deliverable, i.e. a planned element, not evidence of a live registration process. Source.
Program
- The only official Tulsa backflow documents found are procurement documents (RFP TAC 1117 due January 2017 and IFB TAC 1117B issued June 8, 2022) for a consultant to help develop and implement a municipal program. They do not show an operating annual-test program. Source.
