When the test is due

Assemblies must be tested right after installation, relocation or repair and at least once a year, at the customer's cost. Source.

How the report is filed

Testers email test and maintenance reports (RPU's preferred method), or enter results in RPU's Web Test Entry system at riverside.tokaytest.com after signing a Signature on File Agreement. Source.

Report form

RPU writes to each customer about two weeks before the scheduled testing month, with a tester list and report form, and allows one month to test and return the report. A second notice gives two more weeks. Source.

If a test is missed

Refusal or unnecessary delay in installing, testing, repairing or replacing a required assembly is grounds for terminating water service; the valve is locked until the violation is corrected. Source.
