Who must test

If a test is missed
- Testers who routinely submit incomplete or inaccurate reports, or reports outside the required time limits, may be excluded from testing for record in the city and reported to state authorities; they may appeal in writing to the public works director. Source.
- Violating the chapter is a Class B misdemeanor, and each ten days a prohibited condition continues is a separate offense. Source.

- Will you send the test report to the utility for me, and how?
