When the test is due

Every backflow prevention assembly must be tested once a year by a certified tester. Source.

How the report is filed

Test reports are sent by email to the Two Rivers Utilities backflow contact, tylera@tworiversutilities.com, within ten days of the test or repair. Source.

If a test is missed

If the city finds an imminent hazard, the customer has 24 hours to install the required assembly, or water service may be terminated. Source.
