Who must test

Tester registration

• Only a tester registered with Hillsborough County may test assemblies. Testers enroll by sending their company details plus current testing certifications and test kit calibration certificates. Source.

Approved testers

• The county posts its registered certified tester list at hcfl.gov. Source.

Program

• Hillsborough County Water Resources runs a backflow and cross connection testing program for its water customers in unincorporated Hillsborough County. Source.
